3. Service Payment and Fees
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking for certain services. The full balance is due upon completion of services.

• Clients are responsible for any additional costs related to their service package, including travel fees, third-party vendor costs (such as studio fees), and any additional requests made outside of the agreed-upon service package.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• A minimum of 10 days notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 10 days, your deposit may be forfeited.
• Any rescheduling or cancellations outside the stated time frame may incur additional charges or penalties.
5. Delivery of Content
• For certain services, content delivery timelines are provided. We strive to deliver high-quality content within the agreed-upon time frame.
• All drafts or raw footage will be delivered to the client via the agreed-upon method. Clients may request revisions in accordance with our service package.
6. Client Responsibilities
• You agree to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation to ensure we can deliver services effectively. This includes providing login information, access to content, and other materials needed for content creation.
• You are responsible for ensuring all third-party content, brands, or trademarks used in the project are appropriately licensed or have been cleared for use.
• If you request a shoot location or studio, you are responsible for covering all associated costs.
7. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information you share with us during the course of our service relationship. Likewise, you agree to keep any proprietary information from Illustrious Influence Media confidential.
8. Intellectual Property
• All content created by Illustrious Influence Media during the course of our services remains the property of Illustrious Influence Media until full payment is made. After payment is received, you will be granted a license to use the content as agreed upon.
• You may not distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the content created for commercial use without proper attribution or permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Illustrious Influence Media will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. Our total liability to you, for any claim, will be limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or if you fail to make payment in accordance with the agreement.
11. Modifications to Terms
